Dear MindFreedom News reader:
Our apologies for some technical problems beyond on our control on
this MindFreedom News free public announcement list about human
rights in the mental health system.
For instance, a few messages from months ago were re-sent out by the
list software this weekend. I talked personally with Keith the owner
of our e-mail list provider Intenex today by phone.
I'm convinced that the MindFreedom News technical problems today are
FIXED.
Keith at Intenex also wrote us that, "We apologize for the delay in
email delivery as well as the confusion caused by these late
deliveries. In addition to correcting the issue, we have added some
additional system monitoring to prevent future email delays. We are
confident that this kind of delay will not happen again." Keith said
he also corrected some other glitches.
I hope you stay on MindFreedom News, an important and unique source
of news and resources about human rights and alternatives in the
mental health system. We appreciate the support Intenex has shown for
the MindFreedom mission.
NOTE: The correct guest information on our MindFreedom Radio Show
this Wednesday, 14 February 2007, 4 pm EST is Sascha DuBrul who is co-
founder of The Icarus Project. Just click on http://www.theprn.org at
that time to listen live and call in. Or download later via the
archive or iTunes.
